Return policy
All ordered products can be returned only if customer received not what ordered or products are not in quality. In case of return, products must be unopened, unused and in original packing. Products which are in good quality are not refundable or returnable according to Lithuanian Law .Customer should immediately contact the seller by phones +370 61001088 ; +370 68682824 or e-mail info@starfirescareline.eu in 7 days period and provide information of invoice or order information in any case of return mentioned above.

If you're returning an item because of a mistake of us (received not what ordered) or because of quality issues while transportation, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement product to You, otherwise shipping cost is covered by customer. In any case, return products must be unopened, unused and in original packing. If the package is not picked up by receiver or shipping company could not reach recipient - the package are returned to the company (In this case refund is made excluding shipping costs)
